Everything said was actually very logical. But, think on this, suppose you were to create a awesome title? I ain't suggesting your content isn't good, however suppose you added a title that grabbed people's attention? I mean 发表帖子 - 招聘就业 - 武汉音乐学院-五线谱 is kinda plain. You could look at Yahoo's front page and see how they write post titles to get people interested. You might add a video or a picture or two to get people excited about what you've got to say. In my opinion, it could make your blog a little livelier.
